Sigrid won the BBC Voice of the 2018 polls


The BBC’s annual opinion polls have already announced 2018 winners: Sigliid, a 21-year-old Norwegian pop star.

With her sincere voice and popular electronic pop music production, the singer broke through her debut single “Do not Kill My Vibe”, released in February 2017 and followed strangers in November – two Have been widely acclaimed, although she is not reached the top 40. Sigrid added that she was honored because there were many other artists who I watched who won this before. Previous winners include Adele, Sam Smith and Ellie Goulding. However, Jack Garratt and Ray BLK, winners of the last two years, have not had any significant results, which has become a less reliable predictor of recent success.
